What NYC charitable orgs who directly help the homeless are benefitting from my purchase?
We’re currently identifying direct service organizations providing food and/or shelter for NYC’s homeless. Up to 36% of proceeds from all sales are donated. We’ll post the details of the specific organizations administering help, meals, blankets, beds and shelter– in late 2014.
Is my purchase tax deductible?
The fair market value of the merchandise you are purchasing is not deductible, but 15% of your purchase, excluding sales tax and shipping is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Fully tax deductible contributions can be made at http://guildworks.global/community/contribute/.

Guildworks iAbraham INC SHIPPING|DELIVERY POLICIES
Shipping via UPS. Standard options available at checkout. If you need a delivery option you don’t see at checkout, please contact us at 505 424 0154 10am to 4pm MDT and confirm special shipping and/or delivery instructions on your order. A $4 handling charge is added to all orders. Guildworks iAbraham recommends you track your orders for purchases over $100. Guildworks iAbraham (iABRAHAM outreach ministry) reserves the right to use other shippers such as USPS or UPS to fulfill orders on a timely, efficient basis.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Artwork is custom made to order. Refunds are issued less a 20% restocking fee only if the artwork has not yet been printed or fabricated. Artwork cannot be exchanged; All sales are final. Refunds will be issued for fashion and clothing items less a 20% restocking fee and according to the terms below. We ask you to consider gifting or donating such items instead. Fashion and clothing items may be exchanged or refunded according to the terms below: All exchanges and refunds must be made within 30 days from the ship date. You must email us at sales@iabraham.co for authorization before you send anything back. Exchanges can be applied toward purchase of other online store items. Exchanges and refunds must be in brand new, re-sellable condition. Items laundered in any way are not refundable or qualified for exhange. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs including shipping new items.
